Repeal of the minimum standard for interface controls

With effect from April 30, 2024, the minimum standard for interface controls was abolished. From the BSI's point of view, there is no longer any need to formulate specific requirements for the federal administration in the form of a minimum standard. By implementing the standard security of IT baseline protection and a correspondingly secure configuration of current Windows/Linux operating systems, the attack scenarios that are relevant in practice can be fended off using on-board resources.
